Job Description

We are looking for two leaders and strategic thinkers to join us full-time as Regional Sales Managers on the East and West Coasts. These foundational roles are an excellent fit for those ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into our small but mighty and fast-growing team. You will have the exciting opportunity to build and scale our regional sales operation, establishing and maintaining the healthy relationships that will fuel BIOME’s accelerated growth.

About the Role

  • Create strategic plans in conjunction with executive leadership to identify and execute significant growth opportunities across a variety of markets.
  • Collaborate and forge relationships with architecture and design firms, interior landscaping companies, regional rep groups, and end users to maximize BIOME’s growth in new and pre-existing accounts.
  • Conduct and lead sales presentations with executive level decision makers around optimizing the health of indoor spaces.
  • Effective and energetic communication of BIOME’s products, values, and mission.
  • Identify opportunities uniquely tailored to each account and proactively offer solutions to grow accounts.
  • Establish and manage channel partners to deliver quotations, proposals, and process orders obtained in accordance with company policy.
  • Identify and build out quality prospects including executive-level stakeholders with authority to make decisions.
  • Manage the sales funnel by analyzing and controlling pipeline activity in CRM.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and achieve personalized quarterly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to further develop our tech and improve the product offering.
  • Utilize data and research to identify market opportunities.

Job Description

BIOME is looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our fledgling engineering team. We are beginning to overhaul nearly every aspect of our software ecosystem and you will have the opportunity to design and implement the architecture for our backend services, frontend dashboards, and fleet of IoT devices. To keep pace with our massive rate of growth, expertise in establishing flexible and iterative processes for design / test / review / deploy / monitor / etc. will be essential to the success of BIOME.

About the Role

  • Responsible for the architecture and implementation of BIOME’s next generation software ecosystem
  • Design and implement backend code with an eye for security and operational scalability
  • Develop dashboard UI in the form of web frontend or native apps
  • Manage edge computing on our IoT devices (OS image, software, FW)
  • Build and leverage tools for the management of our IoT fleet
  • Create and manage environments from dev to prod
  • Automate workflows for testing, integration, deployment, and validation
  • Help establish the core engineering culture of BIOME
