Taiga is designed with you in mind! Just topping off the water tank 2x month will keep you plants thriving for years to come.

Where do you ship?

Taiga is currently available for purchase in the USA and Canada.

Do I need to use fertilizer?

No. Taiga is a novel fertilizer-free solution and grows plants with only a simple water treatment. Taiga comes with 6 months of water treatment and additional 6 month kits can be purchased for $42.

Is there a subscription?

There is no required subscription with Taiga. All of Taiga's technology features like low water alerts are included with your purchase. The only optional subscription is auto-delivery for our water-treatment kit. $42 for a 6 month supply.

Is there an app?

Yes, The Biome app is a seamless companion to your Taiga Living Wall. It allows you to easily connect your Taiga to WiFi, control the lighting to fit your mood, and receive low water alerts to remind you to top off the water tank.

Do the plants need sunlight?

Any any level of indirect light is preferable for Taiga to ensure the plants thrive. If you're concerned about too little light, we recommend Halo - our customizable lighting accessory.

Direct lighting by a window can be too intense, so it's undesirable for Taiga, as it can burn the plant leaves and damage their health.

What is the warranty?

Taiga includes a hardware warranty for three years.

Does it need power?

Taiga requires a standard power outlet, and if you install multiple Taiga on a wall, additional devices can daisy chain off the first panel for easy setup.

For a sleek, cord-free look, you can hide the outlet behind your Taiga. We provide detailed instructions for your electrician if you choose to recess the power outlet behind the devices, ensuring a clean and professional installation.

What if I go on vacation?

Taiga is the perfect solution for you! With fully automated watering for 2-3 weeks at a time, your plants will thrive effortlessly in your absence.

If your vacation extends beyond 2-3 weeks, simply have someone stop by to top off the water tank, and you're all set.

Can i choose the plants?

You have a choice of base plants for your living wall: Tropical or Evergreen.

  • Tropical - A bright and energizing look with neon-toned plants.
  • Evergreen - A calm, meditative aesthetic with rich dark greens and subtle white accents.

What are the finish options?

Taiga is available in two finish colors, Slate and Snow.
