We offer 30 day returns from the date your order is delivered.
If Taiga is not right for your space, you can return it within 30 days for any reason. We cover return shipping, and your original shipping cost will also be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your Taiga must be carefully handled and returned in its original packaging, with all original parts and accessories. You are welcome to open it, set it up, and test it at home. Think of it like trying on a new pair of shoes indoors. You can try them for fit, but not take them out into the mud.
To start a return, email support@biome.us with your order number, and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.

Returns are not eligible for a refund if the product has been damaged, altered, or handled beyond normal at home testing.
This includes
- Visible cosmetic damage such as scuffs, scratches, dents, or marks
- Modified or manipulated hardware, including any changes to wiring, components, or internal parts
- Missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@biome.us and we will make it right.
Biome is backed by a 30 day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something goes wrong after delivery, reach out to support@biome.us and our team will help.
If you would like to exchange your Taiga for a different finish or variation, email support@biome.us with your order number and we will help arrange the exchange.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm your refund by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact support@biome.us.
